Sedona Asia is looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer to sit at the intersection of our clients and our AI Engineering team. You will work directly with our financial services clients, embedding agentic AI solutions into their real operations and workflows, not just in a lab or a demo environment.

This is a hands-on, client-facing engineering role. You will partner closely with a team of Sedona's own AI Engineers, translating client needs into working agentic AI systems, and making sure those systems actually run in production and deliver value.

What you’ll do

1. 01Work side by side with financial services clients to understand their workflows, pain points, and goals, and turn those into agentic AI solutions.
2. 02Partner with Sedona's AI Engineering team to design, build, and deploy agentic AI systems tailored to each client's environment.
3. 03Take ownership of solutions from prototype through to live production use, including testing, iteration, and troubleshooting in the field.
4. 04Act as the technical face of Sedona for our clients, building trust through hands-on delivery rather than slide decks alone.
5. 05Bring feedback from the field back to the AI Engineering team to help improve our agentic AI approach and tooling over time.

What you’ll bring

• Genuine passion for agentic AI. This should be a space you actively follow, experiment in, and enjoy working in, not just a resume line.
• Demonstrated track record of taking agentic AI from idea to live production use. This matters more to us than years on paper, agentic AI is new enough that we care about what you've actually done, not how long you've been doing it.
• Comfortable working directly with clients, including in financial services, where accuracy, security, and trust matter a great deal.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, with the ability to move fast and adapt solutions to a client's specific systems and constraints.
• Based in, or willing to relocate to, Hong Kong, Singapore, or Bangkok. We are open to candidates relocating and can support visa sponsorship.
