Who we are
Sedona Asia Holdings Limited is a Hong Kong incorporated entity, with offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok and Paris. We are the data controller for any personal data you submit through this website.
What we collect
We only collect the details you choose to send us through the forms on this site: your email, optional phone number, optional company name, your topic of interest, and any free-text note or question you provide. We also keep light technical context (page referrer, timestamp) to route your enquiry to the right team. We do not place advertising trackers and we do not sell data.
How we use it
The details you share are used to reply to your enquiry, propose a meeting time, or send you the brochure you asked for. Nothing else. We store the record so the team can follow up cleanly, and so we can show you what we have on file if you ask.
Who sees it
Your details stay internal to Sedona. They are visible to the client-facing partners and their assistants, and to the engineers who run our infrastructure. Operationally we rely on Resend for transactional email delivery and a small set of standard cloud providers (hosting, DNS, error monitoring). They process data on our instructions, under their own commitments, and do not have independent rights to it.
Automated analysis of CVs
When you apply to one of our open roles, your CV is analysed by an AI model (Google Gemini) against the role you applied for. The analysis produces a recommendation, never a final hiring decision. Every recommendation is reviewed by our HR team before any decision is taken, and the candidate can dispute the outcome at any time by writing to hr@sedona.asia with the reference shown in the confirmation email. CV files are retained for up to 24 months from the date of submission, after which they are deleted from our private storage. Structured CV data (parsed sections such as skills, experience and education) may be sent to LangSmith for debugging and quality monitoring; the raw CV file itself is never shared with LangSmith.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct, or delete the personal data we hold on you. Write to contact@sedona.asia and the team will reply within five business days. If you are in the EU or UK, your usual data-protection rights apply; if you are in Hong Kong, the PCPD framework applies.
Changes
We update this page when the way we handle data materially changes. The date stamp at the top reflects the most recent substantive edit.
