We are looking for a GenAI Engineer to join a collaborative team of engineers, data scientists and AI researchers building the next generation of intelligent and scalable solutions.

Our work focuses on applying Generative AI to solve real business problems for the world's banks, asset managers and luxury retailers. You will have the opportunity to work on production-grade systems that make a tangible difference for our clients.

What you’ll do

  1. 01Design and build production-grade agentic AI systems, including task planning, memory management, state machines and result verification using LangGraph at depth — not just wiring nodes together.
  2. 02Develop and maintain the orchestration harness and agent execution layers that coordinate multi-agent workflows across our client environments.
  3. 03Build and integrate A2A (Agent-to-Agent) communication patterns using Google's A2A protocol and Agent Development Kit (ADK) to enable reliable agent interoperability.
  4. 04Integrate LLM APIs, RAG pipelines, vector databases and business systems to improve task completion rates, reduce hallucinations and ensure reliable end-to-end execution.
  5. 05Instrument agent systems with observability tooling (LangSmith) to monitor success rates, latency, cost and quality — and act on what you find.
  6. 06Deploy and scale AI services on Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub) in production environments.
  7. 07Work directly with business analysts and client stakeholders to translate operational requirements into secure, maintainable cloud-based solutions.
  8. 08Stay close to developments in the LangGraph, Google ADK and broader LLM ecosystem and bring relevant patterns back into our architecture.

What you’ll bring

  • At least 2 years of software engineering experience, with meaningful hands-on work in AI or LLM application development.
  • Deep practical experience with LangGraph — state management, conditional routing, agent coordination, not just introductory use.
  • Proficiency in Python and Git.
  • Solid understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering and tool/function calling.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub).
  • Good written and spoken English.
Nice to have
  • Experience with Google's A2A protocol or Agent Development Kit (ADK).
  • Experience with LangSmith or equivalent LLM observability and evaluation tooling.
  • Familiarity with LlamaIndex, Hugging Face or Neo4j knowledge graphs.
  • Background in financial services or luxury retail workflows.
  • GCP certification.
